Avery has also begun expressing interest in going pee on the potty. She has done it 3 times, but still wants to just sit on the toilet with no result. She still considers this 'mom I peed!' So I have a few pull-ups left from when I was training Mayson, so once in a while Avery wears one. So she 'peed' on the toilet yesterday, and came out of the bathroom saying 'mom I peed and put on my pull up!' This is what she looked like.......

New doors opening....
Avery has known how to open doors for about 2 months now, but she has recently discovered that she can open HER door during nap/bedtime, making these a real treat. I put her down for a nap, and about 20 minutes later, I can hear her opening and closing her bedroom door. This happens 4 out of 7 days of the week. So last night the girls went to bed around 9:15, and Avery came downstairs 4 times between then and 10:45. The reasons were (in order) she wanted more milk, wanted to make pancakes (I made the mistake of telling them we would make heart-shaped pancakes in the morning), she needed her dolls to go read books in Mayson's room, and finally that she wanted to cuddle. She then proceeded to wake 2 more times during the night, both times running into our room crying and risking waking up Roewyn (who slept through the night, typical on a night like this). Needless to say, I wasn't to impressed with Avery by morning. And we were thinking that Avery might be big enough to sleep on the top bunk, which we were going to try tonight, but I may have changed my mind.
