Mayson had the best teacher this year. I am getting choked up just thinking about it. Mrs. Barrow was amazing! She made me feel at ease leaving my Mayson there that first day at the beginning of the year, and she made everyday so fun for the all the kids. She was always so patient and loving, and always excited to see every child, even the siblings that would run to her for a hug. She made learning so fun and special. We couldn't have asked for a better teacher for our first school experience. We are sure going to miss her!!
(Full on crying now - good thing Jon is asleep on the couch)

Awww I hope that my girls get a teacher like that! It must make all the difference. You're such a great momma I want to be like you when I grow up and have four cute kiddos! :) Miss your face, I'll call you when I'm back in town!
Such a sweet post. You said it perfectly. I have had a difficult time saying good bye (both to my kids and to their teachers). I also admire the talent for a teacher knowing and loving siblings of their students. It's fun to see how a teacher takes the role of celebrity with the kids.
